About Me!

I graduated from college with a Jewellery and Silversmithing degree, then headed to London to work in a bullion dealers, I’d only intended to stay for a year.  After approximately 10 years I was looking for a change so I had qualified as a masseur with the intention of moving careers. Then aged 40 I was diagnosed with MS and ever since have been on a Quest for health and as a result I’ve tried and tested many therapies and even qualified in the ones I liked.

Over the years I attended  various seminars around Self development starting with  Insight Seminars followed by Tony Robbins where I  met some life long friends,  developed a positive outlook and more of an understanding and curiosity  about life.

One of the best things about living in London was being able to attend  live events and seminars galore with the likes of David Wolfe, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani, Caroline Myss, Lynne McTaggart and a whole host of other people at the Conference of  Conciousness and Human Evolution. Always at these events I felt like I  was with my kind of people.

I’m currently based in the Lake District, Northern England and enjoying working with Insight Health Apps getting to meet many people and therapists all over the globe. Exciting times for sure, the medicine of the future has arrived.

Underlying Considerations for MS

Childhood trauma

I have identified probable abandonment issues.  PTSD ~  experienced a massive  explosion at a chemical plant.

Toxic lifestyle

Safe to say through my twenties and thirties a healthy lifestyle wasn’t a top priority.  I was more interested in socialising to balance out the work stress, I lived in London and my diet was rubbish. And exercise sporadic to say the least.

Quest for Health

I never went down the conventional drug route but instead followed a more natural path. I’ve visited many therapists and tried various approaches.

Coming soon

My story starting midway..

Life was ticking along quite regularly until the age of 40, well perhaps before then. I’d had a niggling feeling something wasn’t quite right, My get up and go had got up and gone. I was feeling lacklustre and was at a crossroads in all avenues of life ~ care

Same as visiting a therapist

As stated previously , I've visited many a therapist. I dread to think of the amount of money spent, over the years and thats not mentioning the amount spent on 'gadgets'. I was excited that I could get hands on a BIOFEEDBACK device that wouldn't cost thousands and take huge amounts of training. It has been worth every penny and used almost daily since I first got it.
